Our Brisket is the flagship of Tom’s Smokehouse. Smoked for 14 hours with Post Oak Wood, we carefully regulate our heating process to achieve optimal tenderness and juiciness.

PULLED PORK ½ Kg
The second main event is BBQ. Our Pulled Pork is smoked for 8 hours with Post Oak Wood. The result? It Will fall apart with just a little pinch.

BEEF RIBS ½ Kg
Bone-in brisket? Dino’s ribs? We could use many names, but the flavor is the same. Beef ribs smoked for 12 hours with an unimaginable tenderness.

TURKEY BREAST ½ Kg
It will not have the longest smoking time, but it will have the same preparation time. We start marinating our turkey breasts 2 days in advance. Dry breast? What's that?
